After, a hypnotherapist explains how hypnosis works and what to expect during and after the treatment. We encourage you to ask as many questions as possible regarding hypnotherapy, so you have a clear understanding of how it will work.
Once you have completed the consultation, you will fill in 2-3 forms. The hypnotherapist will then ask you to grant permission to guide you into a hypnotic state and you will start the most exciting part of the treatment.
At the conclusion of the session you and your hypnotherapist will discuss your experience and evaluate your treatment moving forward.

In most of the cases, when clients are trying to guess where the issue is coming from we reveal that the root is much deeper and the situation that a client mentioned at the beginning is only a moment when it became known in the conscious state of mind.
