Hypno-yoga

Hypno-yoga, as can be concluded from the name is a unique combination of yoga and hypnosis. Practicing hypno-yoga is helping to deepen and enhance your yoga practice and at the same time to cleanse your mind and open up to healing energy. Imagine - part of your mind is working on asanas while other part is resolving blockages and issues.

Hypno-yoga can be performed with either open or closed eyes. Particular sequence of movements is suggested, but listening to your body and your mind is important.

In comparison to other types of yoga, in hypno - yoga, asanas are viewed rather as a base to start the movement from. The poses can be held still at some moments, while most of the time there is a lot of movement.

As in any other yoga, in hypno-yoga breath is important. Expect a lot of ocean breathing during hypno - yoga class.
